01 What we do

Two things, both charged by the hour.

DAIKANG bills fitness training and court hire. Tennis coaching is delivered and billed separately by Apex Tennis International Pte. Ltd. Alongside its coaching team, DAIKANG employs Singaporean administrative and finance staff, and runs its own bookkeeping, invoicing and CPF contributions.

Service 01

Strength & conditioning

Physical preparation for junior and adult racket-sport athletes: agility, speed, strength, endurance and injury prevention, programmed around the athlete's competitive schedule.

  • Movement and footwork drills
  • Loaded and bodyweight strength work, in our conditioning room
  • Conditioning for match endurance
  • Warm-up, cool-down and recovery routines
  • Individual, paired and small-group sessions (group rate from 3 participants)
Service 02

Court hire

Tennis courts hired by the hour at peak and off-peak rates, for our own sessions and for external bookings.

  • Peak: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Off-peak: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • At our leased venue, 33 Admiralty Road East
  • Booked and receipted by DAIKANG
A coach in a white cap holding a 1 kg medicine ball points at a line of yellow-and-black agility cones as a young athlete steps through them on an outdoor court.

This is what the conditioning work looks like. Footwork through cones, loaded carries, and the same athlete measured again a few weeks later. It is coached, it is programmed, and it is charged for at the rates below — which is why the company needs a qualified strength and conditioning coach rather than a general instructor.

03 Where we train

Outdoor courts, and the space around them.

DAIKANG leases and operates its Sembawang venue at 33 Admiralty Road East, Singapore 759981 — the outdoor courts and an indoor conditioning room, at the same address as the company's ACRA registered office — and uses partner courts elsewhere in Singapore for additional sessions. The conditioning room is where loaded and bodyweight strength work is programmed and delivered; court work and conditioning run in the same weekly schedule. 04 Coaching

The role we are filling.

Sessions run at our venue now, delivered by our coaching staff. We are recruiting an additional strength and conditioning specialist to take on programme design and athlete monitoring as the schedule grows. Conditioning for racket-sport athletes is not general gym instruction: it needs someone who can test an athlete, read the load they are carrying, build a programme around a competition calendar, and manage the injuries that come with repetitive overhead and lateral movement. That is a specific job, and it is the job DAIKANG is recruiting for.

What the role requires

  • Programme design — periodised strength and conditioning plans for individual junior and adult athletes
  • Fitness testing — baseline and repeat testing, with the results used to adjust the programme
  • Training-load monitoring — tracking accumulated load across a competitive season
  • Injury prevention and recovery — pre-habilitation, warm-up and cool-down protocols, soft-tissue and taping support
  • Session delivery — individual, paired and small-group sessions on court and in our conditioning room, across peak and off-peak hours

Qualifications the role calls for

  • A sports science background, at practitioner level
  • Experience preparing athletes for competition, including at national or state squad level
  • Formal sports science training, and sports massage / soft-tissue qualification
  • Continuing professional development in coaching practice
  • Working English; a second language is an advantage for our client base

This describes a role DAIKANG is recruiting for. It is not a claim by DAIKANG INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. to hold these qualifications itself.
